Whistle Blower Policy

Liberty has immense control on its business paradigms. It includes its people, processes, systems, suppliers, customers, and its business practices in their entirety.

The company’s whistle blower policy is that, those directly or indirectly involved with the company in capacity, including employees, can always confidentially INFORM the management of anything found, heard or seen that is detrimental to the company. This may pertain to people, practices or systems or any other matter.

Any employee or for that matter any stakeholder, has the freedom to call upon the CMD or his nominated top managerial teams and appraise them of any perceived irregularities. This is conducted in confidence and amends are made with no disrespect towards any erring member. The idea is to constantly raise the bar in all aspects of manufacturing and management of the company’s products, brand image and accountability.
