The Institutional Products Division of Liberty Group specializes in supplying edible oils, fats, and foodstuffs to a wide range of institutional clients. This includes both bulk and branded trade. The division serves a diverse array of industries and institutions, such as:

The division also includes various institution-specific brands, such as Fryday, Sheel, KoolKing, Butler, Sensus, and Palmo, and some consumer brands repurposed for institutional use.

The Foodservice Division focuses on premium-quality ingredients for the foodservice industry, offering products like cooking oils, flours, sauces, spices, and ready mixes.
