Amber Gold is processed and made to a different degree of fractionation/winterization to give the required characteristics for use in cooking and deep-frying.

Amber Gold has a relatively balanced fatty acid composition of polyunsaturated, monounsaturated fatty acids, which helps to reduce cellular aging and blood clots.

Amber Gold has the following features:

  • Has a high smoke point making it suitable for frying
  • Is an economic cooking medium
